Erboristeria Bianchi continues to write the history of the Bianchi’s family and of his Bakery that made Biella a town sweetest and most delicious. The AIM is to create a continuum with the family business.

CONCEPT

The dedication and passion of the Bianchi are carried out by his daughter Cristina, who repeats the same atmosphere combining the scents of spices and the sweetness of sugared almonds. Exhibitors in the old style, combined with other most modern, such as the all-glass entering give a good sense of coexistence between past and present, while the colors chosen by us recall a close bond with nature.
