Wednesday 26 july 2017 was launched in Turin the first of the three stores La Farcia, the new format of Gourmet sandwich, borned by the creative idea of the chef and businessman Flavio Ghigo, director of Palazzo Righini in Fossano.
La Farcia is an handcrafted project out of ordinary, that go beyod traditional food service’s method and re-interpret Piedmontese culinary excellence inside the union between an exclusive bread’s recipe and product’s quality, selected and combined with experience, in a contemporaneous story, made by emotions and values.
An idea change into reality, thanks to the innovative project and to the realisation committed to AMlab, that cared for it, besides brand identity and format communication, also the scenography of vintage derivation and design and realisation of stores, where design, characterised by a unique and timeless identity, embrace the excellence of tradition’s flavours.
