With pride, the project Farmacia Centrale by AMlab is among the 4 finalists of the second edition of the Retail Awards 2018!
The pharmacy project contributes to the award in the “Best Customer Experience Initiative” category alongside the great retail players Elena Mirò & Privalia, Sportler and Crai Secom Spa.
Among the selection criteria, a jury of experts evaluated the suggestiveness of the purchase path and its being “customer-friendly”, the unique positioning of the brand and the customer-centric approach that revolutionizes the purchasing experience, ensuring a personalized treatment that meets the needs of customers.
